1. What are the exposition & conference dates and times?

Registration is located outside Exhibit Halls A, B and C, in the main lobby. All seminars are located on the second level of the Convention Centre. The exhibits are located in Halls A, B, C, and Ballrooms A and B.
3. If I sign up for a seminar, is there an additional charge for the exposition?
No, the cost of the seminar includes the entrance fee to the exposition.
4. Do the seminar prices include tax?
No, tax is separate and is not included in the cost of seminars.
5. Why are there two different prices for all the seminars?
This is to encourage delegates to register early and save money.
6. Is there a student rate?
No. If students register before the Early Bird Registration deadline, they will receive FREE entry into the exposition AND discounted rates for the seminars.
7. Can I register by phone?
No. You must register by fax, mail or online.
8. Can I attend more than one seminar?
Yes. We have set the program up so that you may take as many sessions as you like.
9. Will there be food service at the exposition?
There will be food and beverage service available at several areas on the exposition floor.
10. How do I pay by cheque?
Simply mail your payment along with a copy of your registration form to the address on the registration form.
11. How do I pay by credit card?
Simply fax in a copy of your registration with your credit card information, including name, number and expiry. Or you can register online.
12. How do I get to the exposition & conference?
There is information available on the Vancouver Convention & Exhibition Centre website, including parking options and links to public transit information. A free parking and shuttle service to the convention centre is also available.
13. When can I expect my delegate badge?
If you registered before January 31, 2009, you will receive your badge in the mail approximately one week before the show. All badges are mailed at the same time.
14. What if I don't receive my badge in the mail?
Don't worry — if you have PRE registered, simply check in at the registration desk. We would be happy to print a badge for you.
15. If I don't pre-register, will there be a charge to attend?
Yes. The on-site charge will be $25 to enter the exposition.
16. Can I register for seminars at the door / on-site?
Yes, however you will have to pay the onsite registration fee and a seat for seminars cannot be guaranteed.
17. If I go to the Buildex exposition, can I see the other expositions?
Your exposition pass allows you to see exhibits from all 3 expositions.
18. Can I bring my child?
No children under the age of 16 are permitted on the exposition floor for insurance purposes.
