Aisle Signage Sponsorship

You have the exclusive right to sponsor your aisle at the trade show. Create a simple way for potential customers to find you at the show and increase your profile outside the confines of your booth. Your company name and logo is posted visibly on the main aisle signage along the centre aisle with a directional arrow at the intersection of your aisle.

 

 

Diamond Sponsorship

Take your participation in Buildex Vancouver to a whole new level — this brand new sponsorship raises the bar for exposure at this event. It is open to only TWO non-competing companies. Participating firms will enjoy maximum profiling including exposure in tens of thousands of pre-show AND post-show marketing pieces. This package includes the exclusive opportunity to distribute corporate brochures/messages to attendees prior to AND after the event! A Diamond sponsorship will provide your company with the lasting, industry-wide corporate visibility to set you apart from your competition and other exhibitors. Other benefits include: Full page showguide advertisement, full seminar sponsorship, significant website exposure, 75 beer and wine tickets for use at the show and much more.   • Corporate logo, displayed 50% larger than the logos of Platinum Sponsors, ON THE FRONT of the Attendee Planning Guide.   • Corporate brochure or message included in our delegate badge mail-out to a selection of pre-registrants 2 weeks before the show. These individuals are pre-registered and committed to attend the show. This is your opportunity to get your pre-show materials in the hands of your prospects and drive them to your booth, website or offices. Approximately 2500 pieces sent. Also includes logo exposure in our delegate confirmation letters. Size restrictions apply (One 8.5 x 11 page, double-sided and folded to fit in #10 envelope).
  • Corporate brochure or message included in the post-show mailing to all show attendees after the event. Similar to the above mailing, this is an opportunity for you to follow up with all show attendees and catch those who you didn’t see at your exhibit. Also includes logo exposure in our delegate “Thank You” letters. Size restrictions apply (One 8.5 x 11 page, double-sided and folded to fit in #10 envelope).
  • Corporate message included with that of other Diamond sponsor in a pre-show targeted email to all registered attendees. This message could include a link to your website, a ballot, information about a giveaway or another promotion. This often results in hundreds of responses directly to your company!
  • Diamond level profiling on the cover page of the Buildex Vancouver section of the official Buildex Vancouver showguide. This is a first-class, full colour production distributed to ALL show attendees. (see example)

A Seminar Sponsorship is valued at more than $2,500 and will provide your company with the opportunity to distribute material to a select group of targeted seminar attendees and also associate your company with a specific industry-related educational experience. As a Seminar Sponsor you will benefit from:

  • Corporate logo exposure in all printed materials related to this seminar, including exposure in our Attendee Planners, 20,000 of which are mailed out to the industry prior to the event.

Delegate Shuttle Bus Sponsorship

Sponsor the two new shuttle buses from the holding lot to the convention centre during the show. This shuttle runs constantly throughout the show. Delegates who park in this lot receive complimentary parking and shuttle service. Industry Reception Sponsorship

The 5th annual Industry Reception at Buildex/BCC/DNW is held after the conclusion of day 1 of the event on February 11 from 5:00pm until 6:30pm.  It is a widely-attended networking reception for both exhibitors and industry professionals.  Approximately 500 attendees enjoy beverages, hors d'oeuvres and the opportunity to network with industry colleagues.
