As an exhibitor, more often than not, the focus at tradeshows is on meeting NEW contacts. This is important, however, the most successful exhibitors make effective use of tradeshow time by also networking with EXISTING clients at the show. The section is dedicated to helping you promote your presence at the event to both prospects and clients.
Below are two simple ways to build traffic via email and see more clients & prospects at the show. You can simply cut & paste to the bottom of your emails leading to the show or if you prefer, send out a specific email announcing your exhibit plans and a reminder to visit your booth. In addition to the options below, please consider other forms of pre-show promotion such as:
