CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION & REFUND POLICY: All cancellations, changes and substitution requests must be made in writing and sent toor faxed to 604.739.2124 prior to January 30, 2013. Cancellations received on or before January 30, 2013 will be refunded 80% of all fees. After January 30, 2013, no refunds will be made for any cancellations or now-shows (this includes conference registration and exhibit hall entrance fees). Substitutions may be made without penalty within 24hrs of the conference. |
