CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION & REFUND POLICY: For attendee refunds or downgrades, send written notice to MMPI Canada via fax 604-739-2124 no later than April 2nd, 2010. For requests received by April 2nd, 2010, your registration fee (or the difference in fees) will be refunded, less a 20% handling charge; No credits are given for late notices or no shows. Registrants may send a substitute attendee if written notice is received by April 6th, 2010. MMPI Canada reserves the right to rescind any registration, and in that event will return 100% of the registration fee.
