Your primary function as a Manager is to guide people to perform at their best. To that end, you conduct regular sales meetings to hold them accountable, you provide coaching to keep them on track, and you provide training when needed.

But what do you do to improve the outcomes of your performance when you’re conducting those sales meetings and as a Manager. This seminar will focus on what can you do to improve your performance as a leader, mentor and motivator, thus having a greater impact on your people and your organization at large.
