Exhibitor Badge Registration

 

All exhibitors and their staff are required to wear a badge during the show while on the exhibit floor.  Your exhibitor badge will allow you free entry onto the show floor one hour prior to show open each morning and access to the tradeshow floor during all show hours. 

As an exhibitor at BUILDEX Vancouver you are also entitled to register and attend 6 complimentary seminars.  Please sign-up for your complimentary seminars once you have registered your booth staff at the link below. 

REGISTER YOUR BOOTH STAFF

To register your staff badges please click the link below and select your company name.  You will have recieved your password via e-mail sent from our registration partners- Microspec. *note that the e-mail from Microspec has been sent to the MAIN BUILDEX CONTACT (as stated on the initial contract).  If you require that the password be re-sent please email mers@microspec.com

Remember all exhibitors are entitled to 6 complimentary sessions — once the seminar program goes live you may register for these sessions from the microspec registration website.

Save time onsite and ensure all staff badges are registered in advance. 

BADGE PICK-UP

Exhibitor badges can be picked up from the Exhibitor Registration Desk during move-in from 12:00pm -5:00pm.  
All exhibitors must pick up their staff badges during move-in.  You will not be permitted to enter the show floor without a badge during show hours. 
NOTE: Exhibitor badges are not mailed before the show.

PRINT YOUR BADGE AT HOME

Printing your badge at home is quick and easy!  An e-mail with a link to your print@home badge will be sent directly to you the week before BUILDEX.  Once you recieve this email click on the link to retrieve your print@home badge, which will be in PDF format.  Badges will be e-mailed to the e-mail address linked to each individual registration.
